Gabby Skelsey

Ms Gabby Skelsey
Gabby works with adults on building emotional well being and resilience. She is experienced in all areas of counselling including addictive behaviours, anxiety, depression, intimacy, relationships, grief and loss and trauma.

Gabby specialises in trauma and is trained in EMDR. EMDR is a therapy technique that helps people process traumatic memories. It involves recalling distressing experiences while also focusing on external stimuli, like hand movements or sounds, to help your brain reprocess those memories in a less distressing way. It’s like giving your brain a chance to file away those memories in a healthier and less upsetting manner.

Gabby is an Employment Assistance Program provider to forensic and other psychology services in Victoria and is a Workcover provider.
